Your Aeries Portal login is the same as last year (parent email on file with the District). Simply click here to log in: https://morelandsd.asp.aeries.net/student/LoginParent.aspx . If you don’t remember your password, click the “Forgot password” link to have a temporary one sent to your email.

If you have a new student:
You were automatically sent an email from Aeries Parent Portal from “[email protected]” when you enrolled your student(s) in the online enrollment system. Open that email and follow the instructions to log in to your Aeries Parent Portal account. If you cannot find this email in your Inbox, be sure to check your Spam/Junk folder. If you cannot locate the email in your inbox or spam folder, please call the front office for assistance at 408-3101.

3rd - 5th grade testing window is May 8 – May 26
Students in grades 3rd – 5th will be taking the CAASPP test. The CAASPP test is aligned to the common core standards. Students will be tested on language arts and math proficiency. Students in 5th will be tested on science proficiency skills in addition to language arts and math. Please do not schedule any appointments or vacations during this time. Please encourage your child to concentrate and do their best. It is important that children arrive to school rested and on time as testing starts first thing in the morning. Thank you in advance for your help.

Spring Festival
Our Spring Festival is Saturday, May 6 from 11:00 - 2:00. We need volunteers to help with game booths and food. All help is appreciated. This is our only large community event and fundraiser. The funds raised go directly to students at Anderson to help reduce the cost of field trips and science camp, bring assemblies to campus, provide classroom materials for special projects, playground equipment, staff appreciation, and more. It is a fun event and we hope to see everyone there!

If you have a child who will be entering kindergarten or TK next school year, please join us for our kindergarten and TK tours on January 27th or February 10th at 8:30 am. We look forward to welcoming you to the Anderson school community.
TK entry- your child must turn 5 between September 2nd and April 2nd.
Kindergarten entry - your child must be 5 by September 1st.

West Valley Community Services (WVCS) brings the Park-It Market food pantry to Anderson every 1st, 3rd, and 5th Tuesday from 1:30 pm - 3:30 pm. The mobile pantry will be stocked with a variety of fresh fruits, vegetables, easy-to-fix foods, dairy products, and protein options. The Park-It Market will be parked on the side of Anderson Elementary School, near the staff parking lot and the Kindergarten playground.

After-school enrichment classes will begin the first week of January 2023! Registration will open at 10:00 a.m., Dec. 5. Class information is attached. Due to limited spaces, any family registering will be placed on a waitlist and will be notified of their students’ enrollment status by Dec. 20th. All registration will be done via lottery. Families may register online or by completing a registration form found in their school’s front office. There is no fee for Anderson families. The last day of school before winter break is Friday, December 16th. Friday, December 16th is pajama day and 12:00 dismissal for all TK-5 students. Winter Break or Holiday Break is from December 19th - January 2nd. School will resume on January 3, 2023.

Conferences begin on November 14th for all grade levels. November conference dates for grades TK -5 are the 14th, 15th, 17th & 18th. Grades TK - 3 have two additional conference days, November 28th & 29th. It is important to attend your child’s conference. Conferences are a time to speak with your child’s teacher about their current progress in class and upcoming learning goals.
