It’s that time of year again! Parent Project, Jr. and Active Parenting workshops have returned. Please join us and connect with other families within the Moreland School District and learn about how to best support your children at home and reinforce the social emotional skills they are learning at school.

The Moreland School District uses i-Ready diagnostic assessments in grades 3-8 for English Language Arts (ELA) and in grades 1-8 for math. The purpose of these assessments is to determine how to best support each student. They help teachers determine students’ needs, personalize their learning, and monitor their progress. As we kick off the school year, make sure you've completed the required Annual Parent Information and Permissions Update through the Aeries Parent Portal before Friday, August 16. You are able to review emergency contact information, required annual notifications, and check permissions for your child for this coming school year.

New students entering grades TK-8 for the 2024-2025 school year may begin the enrollment process on Monday, January 15, 2024. Students currently attending a Moreland school in grades TK - 8 do not need to re-enroll. Moreland offers educational programming for students of the following ages:
Preschool: Children ages 3 and 4 years old
Transitional Kindergarten (TK): Children who turn five years old between September 2, 2024 – June 2, 2025 NEW DATES
Kindergarten - 8th Grade: Children who turn five years old on or before September 1, 2024
