Parent-Teacher conferences began last week! These conferences are a great time to connect with your child's teacher, learn about your student's progress, and ask questions. TK students will be dismissed at 12:40 all week and K-5th grade students will be dismissed at 1:30 on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. Wednesday is a normal Wednesday early release.

There will be NO SCHOOL November 24 - 28 due to the Thanksgiving holiday. Enjoy the time with family and we will see you Monday, December 1!

With several school breaks coming up, we want to remind you just how important it is to have your child at school every day. This can mean scheduling appointments during breaks or at the end of the school day, and planning your vacation when school is not in session. There is no school on Monday, November 10 for a teacher work day and Tuesday, November 11 for Veteran's Day. Enjoy the 4-day weekend, we will see you Wednesday, November 12!

The Moreland Community Center will serve as a 4-day Vote Center location for the Santa Clara County Registrar of Voters. Click for the location and dates.

The MEF Pumpkin Patch is open for the third weekend October 24 - 26. Come buy a pumpkin, enjoy concessions, games, crafts and a Haunted Trail. MEF still needs adult volunteers for cashiering & concessions please consider signing up. Click the link to see this week's activities.

Our school Halloween Parade will take place on our turf soccer field at 8:05 am on Friday, October 31st. Families are welcome to attend to see the parade of costumes. Click the link to see guidelines about student costumes at school.
